I’m really excited to share this with you.

One thing I hear often in the work I do is that while people understand that one-and-done speaker events do more harm than good, that’s how lots of corporate, school, and other budgets are set up, and as a result, people have a hard time figuring out how to break out of the roller coaster of stressful event planning, exciting event, disappointing follow-up, silence, and repeat. The comadres created this calendar to help you build a different way to approach culture building in your spaces. Using our little-things-often approach, you can save your budget and focus on building strong, authentic relationships in your spaces.
